Reading is where every other opportunity starts. The Literacy & Reading Initiative brings together a reading club, early-childhood literacy support, family literacy nights, book distribution, literacy competitions and incentives, storytelling and creative writing — designed to get kids, teens and their caregivers reading together, not just reading alone.
